At first everything went quite smoothly, but in the last months I have had trouble both completing a booking AND after the booking had been confirmed. 

When I try to make a new booking, it says my payment request cannot be accepted. And I tried updating the app, using the website on different devices, and the problem persisted. 

Once I made a booking (through ryanair app) and received the confirmation via email, I was then told that I had to pay extra because the booking seemed to be made using a third-party website (which was not the case) and I had to further verify my identity. 

Unfortunately very disappointed by the service ☹️ Pls make it work again!

Their employees doesnot speak good English. They donot read your request. They just copy paste a rely. I have asked them to refund me the check in fees due to an accident I have been through. They actually refunded to help me to do self check in before my flight. They refused to refund me the money after the check in. An employee closed my complain without reading my request or the employee didnot put his/her name at the message. Bad experience & bad customer service.

This app has so many bugs that I was not able to even enter into my account. My name was registered as a “Companion”, there was also not possible to choose my birthday. So bad experience, removed the app.

It’s a fake app. Don’t use it or link it to your bank account. I lost 300 euros just by trusting this app. RYANAIR support also says, don’t entirely trust on app data it could be misleading instead follow the information shown on the airport. 

It’s a hack, don’t use it.
