Is Ryanair free?
Yes, Ryanair is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Ryanair legit?
⚠️ The Ryanair app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
At first everything went quite smoothly, but in the last months I have had trouble both completing a booking AND after the booking had been confirmed.
When I try to make a new booking, it says my payment request cannot be accepted. And I tried updating the app, using the website on different devices, and the problem persisted.
Once I made a booking (through ryanair app) and received the confirmation via email, I was then told that I had to pay extra because the booking seemed to be made using a third-party website (which was not the case) and I had to further verify my identity.
Unfortunately very disappointed by the service ☹️ Pls make it work again!
Freezes when I press “Pay now”…
The app froze before even arriving on the payment page. And payment failed when I then tried on the website. Well, I guess I’m not doing this Venice trip 🤷♂️

Appen virker oké, men man skal opdatere appen hver eneste 1-2 uge(r). Man kan ikke se deres information, før appen bliver opdateret. En hurtigt kig eller tjek, glem det.
Missing boarding pass
App refused to show boarding pass for one of the passengers.
Completely unneccesary and useless app.
No longer possible to buy flights!
The IPhone keyboard blocks the button at the final step, so it’s not possible to complete the purchase!

Og har prøvet og ændre det rigtig mange gange.

Almost can’t get worked up as it’s so low standards all around that it’s absurd. But they got me there in the end.

Do not turn notifications on. They're incessant, annoying, and not once have I impulse paid for a flight.
Also the owner is a word that rhymes with front.

They took my money and when I applied for refund they said no , go and contact kiwi, and kiwi customer service said: contact them!!!
Any way my money has been lost..
I don’t advise anyone to book tickets online with this company…
