Must do online check in on application 2h before departure. Is not suitable for children, elders and even adults. They will try their best to make you pay extra for something.

Can’t add the expensive bags to my booking because the app won’t accept my choice of not getting additional, expensive voluntary insurance. The app has frozen twice already. This app doesn’t fly.

Delayed flight for 4 hours and all the transit flight were cancelled. Wasted time. There is no responsibility or repayment. The most stupid air line that I had ever take.

This app requires your email and after you give it, they start spamming you a lot. There is no way to stop their promotions, click bait emails and upselling disquised as “information”. Use this app and Ryanair only if you want to drown in spam.

Ryanair forces you to download the app and collect your data or print out the boarding pass. Just an unreasonably silly system to rip off clients. Instead of charging reasonable prices for the services -like any other decent companies on earth- they come up with ridiculous rules to screw their clients. Missing the online check in costs 55EUR -and online check in closes 2hrs before the flight-another rule I haven’t seen in any other airlines before. I think there should be better ways to make money…

Too much popups & buy this and that. I never found info that my check-in was completed??? Is flight company so poor, they can not make Application any better!!

Когда у меня возник вопрос на счет бронирования моего ребенка , я решила написать в живой чат поддержки. Очень дооолго я не мог связаться с ними , просто не заходило в чат . Я не могла дозвониться 2 дня . Когда бывало получалось зайти в чат , он быстро закрывался сам и было написано «вопрос решено» на самом деле ничего не решалось . Через дня 4 слава богу меня не выбило из чата , и я четко задала вопрос . На что мне ответили , что мне для ребенка нужен новый билет потом опять связаться со службой, потом сказали что они не видят бронирования , потом сказали что все нормально . Я дала все данные своего бронирования , почему нельзя посмотреть у себя в компьютере все нормально с бронированием, все ли правильно сделано ? В общем , ужасная компания . Лучше б я заплатила за билет больше и полетела с другой нормальной авиакомпанией , где я б точно знала , что на мой вопрос будет ответ сразу . И все будет в порядке . В этой же компании все отмороженные , называется купили билет , разбирайтесь сами . А служба поддержки еще подумает , отвечать вам или нет .

app takes forever to load, too much information requested

Too much pushed ”buy this and that extra service/ insurance”. Multiple popups in single check-in.

It was really difficult and exhausting and cost a lot of money to try to book a new flight via another company due to your strike. And you dont even get any compensatiom for the suffering
