Ryanair app
This app consistently provides unreliable information which is later covered up with deceitful explanations. I have encountered multiple instances where the data available through the app did not reflect reality, causing significant issues during my travels. Customer service responses consistently claim that updates are in progress, but these explanations raise more questions than they resolve, offering no real solutions. The developers urgently need to improve the accuracy of the information and the handling of customer complaints. As it stands, I cannot recommend this app to anyone, as it only leads to unnecessary complications and frustration.
Unsuccesful payment
Impossible to pay, same trash as the official site.
Need more realtime information
It would be very useful to get realtime information about the flight gate!
I have to start over, if the booking fails :-(
The app is basically operational, but annoyes me when a tucket booking fails: I tried to purchase tickets, but the card payment failed because of some reason. Unfortunately the app did not memorized my flight details, I had to start the full booking process from ground zero. Very annoying to type names and dates and seats again. The UX design should be reconsidered, and help those people who are not successful with the first attempt. After 3x trials I gave up.

A Booking-on lefoglalt, kifizetett ülőhelyet , újra kifizetették, többszöri telefonálás , Ryanair azonosítás , plusz fizetés ellenére újra kifizetették velünk ! A rendszer nem enged kommunikálni csak, ha fizetünk ! Szégyelljék magukat!
