The filthiest company and staff
The staff apply rules differently on each flight. They would hire anyone just because their employees are quitting. Same 10kg luggage used for 5 years just got too big now(slightly)

Avoid like plague
Pure vermin. They charged me 75 extra euro after paying priority because my case was of “solid material” even tho it fitted in the measure cage. I took pictures to show it fits as a future prof to file a complain and they made me erase those pictures or they wouldn’t allow me on the plane. I’ll do my best to avoid them as much as I can and share this shady experience with everyone.

The app is bad, because of some OPTIONAL verification failure I was unable to purchase an emergency ticket. So I went to the website to buy it, no issues there
Aggressive staff
Be careful staff is very aggressive. They humiliated me in front of my daughter and many other passengers. Like if they had no training in customer service . Filing a complaint is very difficult. Left me feeling very humiliated and helpless. Don’t use them is you have any other choice!

This company the worst that I have ever seen in my life their system, the way they work everything is disaster. I have only flew 2 times with them and I will never fly again!
Garbage App
Tell your college IT interns to reduce number of App Updates. You can do this annually with the minimal upgrades you provide. No need to keep forcing upgrade for dumb spelling mistakes, it can be extremely frustrating at the most critical of times
