Great app, unfortunately I can’t say the same for the the airline. This company being from Ireland makes me embarrassed to be Irish. The most ridiculous disgusting company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
New update is terrible! Firstly, it required to verify myself which just wasting my time. When I bought tickets I wasn’t able to find my ticket in section “my trips” instead system required email and reservation number. I believe that developers should make app more convenient for users, unfortunately it’s not the case though.
Had to update the app recently on my phone just to get my boarding pass. I travel with the airline twice monthly. I felt like a criminal taking mugshots of myself. Eyes closed, open, smile, non smile, left side, right side, electronic signature and photo of my ID. Why? It was so difficult to get the shots you wanted inside the green box on the screen as if even one corner of the box is red the photo is not accepted. I almost missed the flight. I was the last person to board and your dutiful little employee made me put my carry on bag in that metal frame and because one corner stuck our she charged me €47. I truly resent Ryan Air when they engage in these practices. So now I’m flying Aer Lingus again. I’d rather pay more than be subjected to your ever changing money making practices and cramped seats.
This app hasn’t worked for the last two or three years you get as far a reserving the seat and it blocks everything at that point , im sick reporting this matter can you get it sorted asap , julie in Ireland
Totally unhappy with the app which I have been using for the last several years but last year I stated getting emails to verify my identity with I have done several timeS. But I booked two flights and now it’s asking me to verify each of them which is a pain in the you know where. I have asked customer service to sort it out but that hasn’t happened either.
The new verification just doesn't work at all, I can't book tickets because 'Something went wrong, try again later'.
I have purchased Priority and Cabin bag and now I have added and went through payment for 20 kg check in bag and it is not updating my boarding pass
I’ve been trying to book a flight but when I go to payment options none of them will allow me to purchase the flight, Apple Pay payment issue, card option payment issue and even PayPal won’t open.. it’s rather annoying… No matter how many times I try to book the flight the same issue occurs..
Absolutely atrocious app and website. I tried 3 times to book flights and ended up using Aer Lingus
