Time to time depending on your destination, you’ll have to scan your passport chip. I don’t agree that a company should be doing this but still, in order to get the electronic ticket you have to do it. However, doesn’t work really. You’ll have to spend a life trying to do you checkin In this app and with a lot of effort you might manage to scan you passport chip.

Hello freinds. This app not worth your time or trust. Its selling tickets of flight that were canceled. Once you figure this out - its too late. And they try to shake you off telling its your fault - in my case - it wasnt .. At 17.10.23 i bought 2 tickets to flight from 21.10-4.11… At 18.10 the airline ranayair -send me notice that those flight are canceled since 16.10… At this time - kiwi is still sending email to get ready to flight. I apllied to full refund The represntetive try to get rid of me - say its my foult and i submited refund too late?! Submited the minute i got the cancelation email from this air line. Its a joke! They should not selling any ticktest if they have no way to remove canceled flight from their engine
While flight ordering process is very easy, one can easily make an unrecoverable mistake. There is no order summary screen, and in Ryanair, as a policy, mistakes are unforgivable. Once purchased, you can not change. I had to pay double for my bags… Stick to the website for ordering.
Not a friendly app. You can’t change nothing, And a lot of Bugs- like you can’t enter the birth date of a boy, or check in a child. Wish they could be better
מאוד לא הוגן שלמרות שהממתני ל24 שעות אתם לא נותנים אופציה לבחור כיסא בצורה חופשית מה עוד שהכרטיס עלה פי שתיים מהמחיר שאל על מבקשת לכרטיס פשוט לא הוגן
