Im trying to buy ticket. I choose seat, insurance and after that its not working. When i press "pay now" it just brings me to seat picking again, and shows that the price is 00.00€.... SAME ON THE ONLINE WEBSITE. And because of this bug im missed opportunity to buy the ticket at a reasonable price. Its not the first time i have errors with ryanair. One time the app bugged and i could not check in on time. I was late one minute to airport and i had to pay extra 65 euro. I tried to contact customer support but i got no response. 3 times.

The app sent me a notification about an “important update” regarding my flight. Apparently the gates for departure were A57 and were closing, when in reality the gates stayed A27 and weren’t closing yet. Very disappointed, as my wine break was interrupted by having to search for non-existent gates and because of this misunderstanding I didn’t have time to smoke also. Very sad.

Encouraging to use the app but every time I need to board I keep having issues - if there’s more than one boarding pass it doesn’t scroll and you can’t open to provide. Then if you have two flights the same day you can’t easily see the other flights details nor open boarding pass as dashboard shows 1 flight 🙈 I expect more Ryanair…

Buying a ticket for an X price, you must pay from some hidden services which is scam. Try avoid this

I made a mistake. When I was ask, to register I registered with aplle ID. But selected "hide my email". So I cannot login with my account ar ryanair.com.

The application is not working correctly. I paid for the tickets, an error occurred, the purchase was not processed, but the money for it was still withdrawn. The support could not help me, saying that nothing was displayed in their system, which means the payment did not go through and I need to wait. How long should I wait for the money to be returned and why was it withdrawn in the first place if the tickets didn’t go through? They didn’t answer me.

Company is good, but apps is bad. When you left the program, and then back, all you progress lost. Then you must book flight from begin.
