Ryanair has a handy app with lots of features to help customers self-manage their bookings. However, one important bug prevents users from flipping left/right to view all their boarding passes right after completing the checkin process and clicking the “View Boarding Passes” button. The only workaround is to kill the app and open it again.

Impossible to book a specific seat without being forced into other upgrade I don’t want + enormous difficulty in reading my passport. Bottom line ; terrible experience = 0/10

I am soo fed up of opening Ryanair app and having to update it every time I open it (once or twice a week) - as you can imagine usually this is to check in to your flight, you are on roaming, internet doesn’t work. There is so little consideration of the user experience I haven’t seen in a while..

Good app but cumbersome when it comes to process check in wrt bags and luggage to add. Seems to me it pushes you to keep paying additionalnluggages already paid.
