I gotta paid penalties twice based on some innocent reason, especially at Malta's international airport The first time i have to pay for "oversized bag" even though that bag just a regular size The second time i already paid for the cabin lugu, then at the gate their required me to measure it. Even though the width of the luggage just a bit shorter then the standard and I still have to pay because of that stupidity reason 🤓. Hope this review is helpful.
I do not recommend this company Ryanair, they are all wrong, once they broke my bag and many times flights were delayed and other times I missed the flight because of them, bad services, especially the company that you register with in Madrid, employees who lack competence in directing customers
I’m experiencing issues with the Ryanair app on iphone,As when I press book a flight I have to type the airport from manually usually it’s automatically via location nearby airport,I hope they sorted out

Is there something wrong with the app?I cannot see my trips and app is always asking to enter reservation number and email.After entering details it tells me oops something went wrong.Hope I get a reply.
Really bad experience at the gate every time
Its not working, all the time i need to get the reservation number and email address to get my trips…. Do something please
During check/in without even completing the check in process is you realise that date of birth is wrong you can’t correct and no way to change “contact Customer Support” who never replies.
