This app is buggy and can’t be trusted to get you from landside to airside. IF you can check in before your flight, and IF you can get your boarding pass before you are standing in a queue needing to use take a screenshot of it because no doubt when you go to use the app at a crucial moment it will crash, and you will be unable to reopen it. Trust me

I hate the fact Ryanair is the ONLY airline which asks for a passport verification at the airport. Now, they created a online verification on the app that DOESN’T work, ever. It doesn’t matter how many times I try. I’ve read other reviews about it, and people have the same problem 😖

Saved my travel documents for easy check in… guess what it doesn’t work. Have to enter my details every single time. So what of what use is the app if it doesn’t actually provide any benefit or time saving?

I will never fly with them again, this app is rubbish, their service is rubbish, staff aren’t helpful or clear, heard you like cattle then leave you standing in the bridge thing for an hour before the plane is ready to load. While waiting in the bridge the app just said gate closing and gave no update that there were more delays ffs! That was their push for downloading the app that it would give updates ffs! Then planes are filthy and rubbish all over. It’s all nonsense. They aren’t even a cheap airline once they scam you with all their extras! Never again.

This guys are a joke. The app and the online platforms is working like a snail, all the time crashing and giving you errors. I’ve tried to do my checking through the app and it gave me an error that my request can’t be processed. I’ve done through online platform and the same issue. One of the agent said that it’s a IT issue and the IT department is operated by a 3rd party. At the end, Rayner is operated by people with just one neuron cell. Good job Michael.

Updates once a week is way too often. So annoying

They conned me out of £80 and never sent me a confirmation email so I had no clue where to park come the day.
