Het is niet mogelijk om de 22 boardingpas te bekijken, het swipen werkt niet en geen andere mogelijkheid gevonden om de 2e boarding pas te bekijken in de app.

Good app, just when you need to look at detailed information of the person travelling with you the app completely closes so you have to get paper to write info down. Would be better if it stayed open on your check in

Na 1,5 uur gekloot op ryanair.com, nog geen digitale boarding kaarten. Na veel gedoe kunnen betalen met Ideal. Geen info terugkoppeling in stappen van boeking. Systeem viel uit. Konden op de bankrekening zien dat we hadden betaald. Het stappen proces wilde ons steeds opnieuw laten reserveren van stoelen. Was reeds gedaan dus de gereserveerde stoelen waren niet meer zichtbaar, door de reservering. Echter geen digitale instapkaarten. Dus maar geprobeerd de app van Ryanair te downloaden. Downloadtijd geen kleine minuut maar een klein uur. Nog nooit een app gedownload met een download time van een uur. App gemaakt door Ryanair. Nog geen 1 ster waard0 sterren kun je niet kiezen.

This app costed me a flight one day, not allowed to board the plabne because the passport was not the same as my name in the app due to the fact it made my name shorter by itself only the initials it showed

Why does it not accept IDEAL, this is the minimum to ask to make payments easier in Netherlands.

Evening flight canceled over 6 hours waiting. No personnel aroumd for asking advice or offering refreshments or hotel! To claim money back doesn’t work within the app!! They’re better in taking your money.

I fly with Ryanair since 2019. I give 2 stars for cheap and comfortable ( for this price ) tickets Another 3 stars ate customer service which never helps only want to charge you extra. Story: I bought 5 tickets to Tenerife 2 months earlier. I wanted to check in 1 month earlier to make everything perfect as I prefer to have in my life. After I checked in all my tickets for 2 out of my 5 people couldn’t check in error number 412 which says please choose the seats ( which I already did ) so I called and wrote to 6 Customer service stuff and they wasn’t even able to help me( I heard I am sorry we cannot see any mistakes, please reach another customer service person) okey I said no problem, last person only said that she can chose seats for me for extra charge 20 euro she understood that isn’t my fault but she cannot make it in another way. I again said okey because I don’t have a choice so I wrote to get this money back to „General help” and what I get from them ( We don’t see an issue with extra cost you can not get refund for that reason check in can be provided till 2 hours before flight, then cancellation is not refundable, that means they even not properly read the massage no motivation to work I see. P.s. or try to work on your mistakes guys or your business will go down even if your tickets are cheap. Believe me there are plenty more companies with the same prices easy jet for example. Since now I will try to fly to other other companies instead of yours. I wish to your company success in future and I really hope that one day someone will tell me hey Artem they are improved.
