Never again … even now when we are travelling apparently I can’t do a mobile ticket and have to print. I don’t have access to a printer and am in a foreign country. My family and I booked these tickets as a first time with Ryan Air. We’ve now paid hundreds of dollars for a simple flight from Barcelona to London and still there are problems. If there is any issue with mobile boarding tomorrow I will be slamming this airline again. What a nightmare

“You can check in using this app” is a lie if your passport is non-EU. You need to physically print a boarding pass or pay Ryanair to do this for you. No other airline seems to impose this random bizarre and wholly unnecessary rule based on race. 

Given checking in and getting a boarding pass is the sole purpose of having this app for me, and that online materials tell you that this is what the app does (without any clear or reasonable mention of the limitations) this is a bad experience.

### **--- "Will not be forced to pay for seat"
All good apart from when it is very hard to get past the “choose seat” page. Keeps telling you to pay to choose a seat and will not let you go any further until you’ve paid for it -despite already choosing “random seat” option. Managed to some how (through lots of going back and forth)  check in for my first flight but gave up checking into my second flight as could not get past the choose flight page. Will not be forced to pay for something I do not need just because your app makes it hard to carry on without it. Will work it out another day.

As per all dealings with Ryanair, their app/website causes nothing but frustration. The website directs me to the app to check in, I'm able to do so but am then redirected back to the website to view my boarding pass. Once I've logged in to the website my booking does not appear and so I'm unable to view/print my boarding pass which I will undoubtedly be charged for at the airport.
