Raynair.. Just steal! I tried several times to check in 24 hours before the flight and the app didn't work. When I arrived at the airport I was charged €110 for two tickets. I explained it was the app problem and the man at the airport said he didn't care. Disrespectful people and thieves. I had 20.04 Kg luggage and for 400 grams he made me unpack the luggage. Humiliating and vile. God will punish you for these thieves.

The app is garbage. You get in an infinite loop while trying to change seats at checkin and they remain grayed out afterwards. Garbage company, garbage app.

Unbelievable booking a ticked advertised for a price to find out you need to pay the same amount for the seat to be able to check in . I understand they are low cost prices but don’t advertise something and then charge something else .

Can’t see second boarding pass, scrolling is not working. Also on checkout page, after i complete the phone number detail its stuck on numbers keyboard. Can’t checkout. Cheap fares and cheap app

I can't add the correct date of my parent's ID because you don't admit they are correct. You should change your tool/app., I already emailed you about it last year, nothing changed.

The app has serious bugs that can cause you so much problems! I have 2 boarding passes and if i open the bording pass section i can see only the first one, the app doesnt let me scroll/flip/hit next to the second boarding pass, meaning that in front of the gate you will not be able to board the airplane if you can’t remember your password to access your online account. Making this app useless and even dangerous. I tried reporting the problem and there is no easy way to do that and my time is too valuable to wait my turn in chat (i’m on the toilet now and this allocated time seems appropriate).

I was unable to complete the check-in via the app due to errors, a situation confirmed by a Ryanair consultant, which forced me to pay €165 for airport check-in for two adults and one child. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances!

When I enter my birthday it says that I am not 18 yet. To make it work, I should change my birth year to any other year and then back to mine. The same problems with documents expiration dates. The app loadings are super long If I press check-in (I was already checked-in) it says that I have boarding passes, but when I press “show boarding passes” button, I can see only one, the swipe action is not working The flight assistant is always showing pop app (try flight assistant). If I press try button, it shows a long loading and then nothing changes except I don’t have the pop app anymore. But next time I open flight assistant screen, I see the pop app again :D

this app is optimised for the year 2003. crushes, doesn’t recognize logins, verrry slow

I bought a return ticket, everything is ok, I changed the return date, I paid the difference, everything is ok on the website, but in Alpicati it always gives me an error, even if I chatted with Ryanair.
