I took the tickets and for the first time they tell me that I need to pay for check-in for a flight of 55 pounds, which is twice as much as a ticket. I had a second ticket through this company. I tried to register properly. The application does not work through the website, the flight is not found. They do it on purpose to make as much money as possible. I will tell everyone with great pleasure not to fly with the company in any case. Also, you can't pay for Apple pay at the reception, and they ask for all the card details, and you have to say everything, even the CVC code. And all the data is displayed on the computer. This is a complete violation of everything that can be done

I always have problem with payment! Adding different carts and always “please check the cart details”.
Moreover the stricture is too aggressive and overly intrusive. Until I got to the point to pay for the ticket, I got confused in all the additional offers that are not on one page but every time pops up in the next step. I was even completely confused at the end. Just awful!
