Very good customer service (it’s not)
I always fly with the same bag. And today, for absolutely no reason they decided to charge me additional 60 euro, because the bag seemed to be “too big”. The truly don’t want to hear any explanation. Customer service is reached the rock bottom. This is the awful way to charge additional money from the customers. You should be ashamed.

Nefunkčná aplikácia potencionálne rizika
Používal som túto aplikáciu dlhodobo na bookovanie letov spoločnosti Ryan Air . Doteraz som myslel že je to ich aplikácia. Poslednú objednávku do Tesalonik z tejto aplikácie mi Ryan Air ohodnotil že som to vraj objednával cez 3 stranu , ktorá s nimi nemá dohodu. Takze z tejto aplikácie neakceptovali objednávku, lebo nemajú s touto aplikáciou dohodu? Za objednavku cez túto aplikáciu som zaplatil cez 800 eur a neviem či vôbec poletim a čo mam vobec robit.
