The app does not allow to book especial luggage while making the reservation (skiing/surfing bag). You can only do it after you have already paid your flight which is more expensive and leads to mistakes.

Cheap but their cheap prices does not make up for their costumer support unwillingness to help. Their app crashes and shows error of booking, booking once again but they charge for both without refunding despite it's their fault, this is not just something happened to me it happened to several people. Ryanair is a very untrustworthy company and if having thr option not to fly with them I think that is the best. However on the positive note the prices are competitive and the app is convinient.

The Ryanair app is generally convenient for booking flights and managing travel. However, it’s frustrating that the app doesn’t save travel document information. Having to enter it manually every time is stressful, especially since there’s no room for mistakes. I hope Ryanair addresses this soon to enhance the user experience.
