This is the worst airlines that couldn’t care less about its customers. Terrible Drop Off in Turin, Italy, waiting for 2 hours in the queue that was changing gates and no one was responsible for it. Terrible attitude, disastrous client service. Besides the fact that the ticket cost 260 Euro!

I don’t like the program, it doesn’t specify where the error was made. It is impossible to verify the passport. The screen shows the message: “The details entered don’t match the details on the passport.” The support team doesn’t interact at all, there’s no help from them; I’m communicating with a robot that doesn’t respond correctly to my questions. I corrected the passport validity period, as it was entered incorrectly, but the problem persists. I still can’t verify my passport.

Please add Ukrainian or at least Russian language to the application, and you will not be in a hurry, thank you.

It is not possible to buy a ticket on iOS devices. On the last payment screen you should write your phone number but when you are done it is not possible to close the keyboard that’s why user is not able to press the Payment button. I had to buy the ticket from web version. My recommendation for your devs just add the returnKeyType={ 'done' } for this keyboard and also make it possible to close it if you press outside of the keyboard.
