## Rylo Reviews in United States

### ****- "Love it"
Too bad Vsco bought Rylo effectively killing off any software development. Regardless, the app still works with my iPhone and quite well.
-- RognarTheBarbarian, 2022-08-18

### ***** "Best action camera in world"
What can I say really good hope more software update from Rylo though.
-- ambot sa imo da ya!, 2022-04-26

### *---- "Dead in the water. Avoid."
I purchased a Rylo plus accessories two years ago, and discovered that they sold themselves to VSCO. For some reason, the footage recorded two years ago is now choppy and full of artifacts, and the camera is unusable. New footage is also terrible. I should have gone with GoPro, who albeit having much worse software and usability, was less likely to go away as Rylo has. One of my most costly purchasing mistakes.
-- m0th3r, 2021-08-17

### *---- "Should have went with go pro"
They sold the company and bailed. Rylo will soon be worthless.
-- Lord Maxwell, 2020-12-06

### *---- "Unable to get beyond intro"
The app won’t let me 3D Touch in the intro tutorial making it unusable
-- JasnoSwarez, 2020-08-24

### *---- "No longer supported"
Tutorials no longer work and you can’t update firmware. This company was sold to VSCO but who knows what that means for support
-- hepkat23, 2020-06-11

### ***-- "Still no iPad app"
First off, the camera is great. Really great. On to the app: For what it does, it works well and its pretty stable. You can open a video, edit the viewpoints, and save it. But otherwise the app is very basic, lacks some basic usability and information that would be great to see. It’s like someone’s summer project, like a Proof of Concept without finishing touches. The file naming is GUID based and so you’re really stuck with the app to manage files. The lack of updates is frustrating, and there’s STILL no iPad app. It would be great to have a native iPad app that could read and store rylo files in the Files app. Maybe someday?
-- stmind, 2020-04-14

### *---- "Don’t buy"
Sadly Rylo don’t make cameras anymore. Any inventory you can get is what is left over at Best Buy. Warranties will be honored but steer clear as software is no longer supported and it won’t be long before the same applies to the hardware leaving you with an expensive dud.
-- Bob-a-job-a-jobbie, 2020-02-18

### ***-- "Rylo"
Love the app. Gave it 3 stars though, because the camera does not sync with the app on my ipad pro. Only my phone. 👎🏽
-- Iranian dude, 2020-02-09

### *---- "Out of business"
These guys are done. Last iOS update was 5 months ago. Rumor is that GoPro bought them. Do not purchase.
