## RYSE :) Reviews in United States

### ****- "Great App"
Works great! Very easy to use and log exercise. Very easy to create routines. My only suggestion would be to have a widget available fir lockscreen to be able to log exercise without having to open phone completely.
-- calee310, 2025-10-07

### ***** "All the features. None of the polish. Still a W."
RYSE is straight-up one of the most underrated fitness apps I’ve ever used. It’s got everything: custom routines, PR tracking, full history, volume, even AI-generated workouts and a whole social feed. All for FREE.

The catch?
The UI is chaotic 💀. Feels like every good feature from other apps got crammed into one screen with no breathing room. Some buttons feel like Easter eggs, and the layout makes first-time use kinda rough.

BUT — and it’s a big BUT — the core system is fire. Once you learn where stuff is, it becomes a legit weapon. Routines are smooth, logging is deep, and the AI + muscle visuals are actually helpful.

I’m giving this 5 stars not because it’s perfect, but because it deserves way more attention. One good UI redesign and this app would be top 10 instantly. Major respect to the devs. Just… please get a UI/UX homie 💀

### ***** "Complete Fitness Game Changer"
I can’t say enough good things about the Ryse Social Fitness app! It’s honestly been a game-changer for me and my fitness journey. Here’s why I’m giving it a solid five stars:

First off, the AI workout generator is a lifesaver! Some days, I just don’t feel like working out, and I know I need that extra push. The app creates personalized workouts for me, so I can just jump in and get moving without having to think too much about it. It’s perfect for those days when motivation is low!

But what I really love is the community. The support I get from other users is incredible. Everyone is so encouraging, and it feels great to share my progress and cheer on others. It keeps me accountable and helps me stay on track with my goals. It’s like having a whole team behind me, even when I’m working out alone at home.

The app is super easy to use, and I appreciate how it focuses on more than just workouts. There are tons of tips and inspiration that help me stay motivated both in and out of the gym.

Overall, Ryse has made fitness feel less like a chore and more like a fun part of my day. If you’re looking for a way to stay motivated and connect with others while reaching your goals, I highly recommend giving it a try!

### ***** "BodySpace 2011-2025"
I have used this app for a couple months now and I do love how you can track your workouts like the BodySpace app. One day that app just stopped working all together and I was sad to see 6.1million pounds lifted go to an end.

But I just opened this app up, and re-logged all 4 of my workouts and I am very pleased with the UI and UX. The social aspect is also similar to bodybuilding.com chat with other gym rats and “boost” their post as a like button. Before bodybuilding.com had a subscription service that was my first app to track. Happy to say I found another established app to track my heavy workouts. ✨🎉❤️

### ***** "Love the App!"
I used to use the BodySpace app, which I always felt was a bit clunky. Then, they killed the app and I lost 15+ years of lifting data without warning. That’s when I decided to try Ryse and I LOVE it. Im not super app literate, but it’s user friendly enough that I’m figuring it out! And if I have questions, the developers have quickly answered any questions I’ve had.

### ***** "This app is it!"
Best fitness tracker app on the market! So many options for tracking, I literally don’t have enough time to go on about all the different features - just download it. Wonderful community and constant support from the creators! 10/10 💪🏼💖
-- _shortydeb, 2025-03-23

### ***** "Best Workout App and Creator"
This is the most amazing workout app I have tried. The creator is the most responsive and hard-working person I have run across for any app. The transparency in execution, extreme ownership in iterating a better product, the honesty in all transactions, integrity and motivation is far beyond what I’ve ever seen. I don’t ever write reviews, but I will for RYSE because I am that impressed. I was a 8-year subscriber to another unnamed platform that tanked, and I wish I had switched to RYSE from the beginning. It’s a safe space for beginners and long-time lifters alike. Try it you won’t regret it!
-- Felt G, 2025-03-14

### ***** "Best Fitness App and Community"
There’s absolutely no better fitness app in the store. This is fun, smooth, professional, consistent, and the owners / developers actually care!!

If you’re looking for a solid fitness community to join get this app!

If you’re looking for an intuitive way to track workouts get this app!
-- Karlbaxter, 2025-03-04

### ***** "So well designed"
I used BodySpace for years, but this app makes everything easier and quicker. When I switched to this app, my workouts took 5-15 minutes less time. Everything on the app is intuitive and quick to use.
-- Thgshjfjkcxhibvd, 2025-03-02

### ***** "Game changer!"
It took me a bit to figure out how to use it, but now it’s so easy to track my workouts! Love the app! Such a great idea!
