Too many data entry requirements from customers.
Update but cannot register the points
The meaning of app is for easy point registration. AI cannot recognise the receipt becomes manual key in. After all info. Key in becomes ask me to the help desk! Always updates, but I don’t find any improvement the above for 2 years. Compare with other like K11/ The Point, etc. This is the lowest rank of the mall app.
