4. See Offline timeline: This feature allows you to access your timeline despite of being offline. The information accessible offline contains important details such as details of the journeys, tags and other information uploaded when you were online.
5. Upload Islamic places photos: This feature allows you to upload your choice of Islamic places photos in a special gallery that will be visible to users of this app and you just by creating a profile on the app.

Terrible app
Keeps crashing and the mall information counter told me to delete and install again… so I did.. I forgot my password and I need to create a new password but guess what! The apps is telling me they my new password is not valid because it doesn’t have more than 8 characters when I actually have… what a waste of time and I still cannot proceed after days 😪
Keeps crashing
Couldn’t scan for rewards cause app kept crashing. Had to delete and redownload to get it working

Why always Doesn’t work during festive periods. Worry too many points reward to shoppers?
Realized it usually fails to work during festive seasons. Probably to discourage big spender shoppers from buying in all S3 malls? If that’s the case, let’s shop in capitamalls and landlease malls. Easy to get points too - scan, upload and points credit within minutes. S3 Reward app is just horrible.

Can someone check why the app can’t load on iPhone?
Worst app I’ve used
This app keeps crashing with my iPhone for the past 3 days and I’m not able to use it to claim reward points on all my purchases on S3 malls. I’ve the latest iOS installed but it just keeps crashing. It is also a hassle which the merchant got to use a device to scan my member QR code and they take a snapshot of my receipts. Waste lots of time doing that and hold back people behind me. Why can’t they have us to scan the receipts using the app in our phone which others are doing. Totally useless! After waiting for a few months, S3 still yet to provide a fix or update. All the potential rewards gone to waste. Terrible customer service

Always not working. Customer Service will always ask u to delete and reload but it never works. Whats the point of this app. It’s useless
