## SAB Order Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Wasn’t very helpful"
Sat at the table 70 unable to order because the table numbers in the app only go up to 69. (Central Newquay).
-- KevinLeah, 2024-10-26

### *---- "Drinks didn’t arrive and staff not aware of app"
Drinks didn’t arrive and staff not aware of app. Bar staff have told me that they have worked here for 8 months and never heard of Harbour inn having an app.
-- Chris152000000, 2024-10-12

### *---- "Dysfunctional System"
Order placed on app without issue. Waited 20 minutes for my beer to be brought to the table. When I went into the pub to ask where it was, the bar staff stated that the system does not work, and customers should just order at the bar. Which begs the question…why have an app ordering system…!?
-- Shindig11, 2024-07-02

### **--- "Good but no choices"
Good but there are no choices for decafe or special orders.
-- Lateupman, 2023-08-20

### *---- "Ridiculous"
Ridiculous waste of time finally got my order n after 20 mins and now another 20 mins to wait just for drinks !!!!!
-- Welshlizzy, 2022-08-27

### ***** "Good"
Good
-- ben woodwoodwood, 2021-11-18

### *---- "Old Sucess"

-- cornishman66, 2021-09-03

### *---- "Get rid of app…"
Just go back to being able to order at the bar….
-- Ráz, 2021-09-02

### *---- "Samual Jones ale house"
App needed me to log onto Wi-Fi- wouldn’t accept my birth month !
App down loaded but credit card wouldn’t scan !!
It took 20 mins to get an order in but thank god only 2 mins to serve us
Humans 10 technology 0
-- the wright one two, 2021-08-30

### *---- "Terrible!"
Gone are the days when a man can finish a hard day’s work and stand at the bar and enjoy a pint of bitter. This way of ordering a beer is long winded and unnecessary. Bring back the 1970’s
