My biggest gripe is the developer only attaching the free trial to a yearly subscription and not monthly. I forgot to cancel (there wasn’t a reminder) and boom, $40 gone. That’s predatory. -- Richard in Maine, 2026-08-21 ### ***** "significantly decreased my phone usage" what a great app I’m so happy I downloaded it -- Zakowski47, 2026-08-09 ### ***** "Phenomenal app" Great concept, beautifully executed. I'm two weeks in and it's actually really worked to keep me off Instagram. -- nopalita11, 2026-08-06 ### ***** "GORGEOUS AND IMPACTFUL APP" This app has made a huge difference. I use it to block social apps one day a weekend so I can be more present with my family and it’s amazing how much better it feels. Also it’s beautifully designed -- tilghman_s, 2026-08-05 ### **--- "Doesn’t work consistently" This app looks nice, but the functionality is pretty poor. The settings will show an app or website is blocked, but it’s still accessible during the Sabbath or Rest. I’ve tried reinstalling and reconfiguring but the block settings don’t work. Also the “leave review” shortcut in the app doesn’t work. And the premium sign up is tough to avoid. Fees like a vibe-coded slop app, which is disappointing because it’s a great concept. -- Kirk T. Lazarus, 2026-08-04 ### *---- "Scam app?" I feel like this app may be a scam app. It has one review. And it doesn’t work consistently. If you block a category of apps it will work. If you select individual apps but not the whole category, the individual apps you select are not blocked. I’ve gone I and tried to set this up over and over. Also, they lure you in with a free trial but then present a confusing screen with subscription pricing, which if you choose a tier (usually for when the free trial ends) , it subscribes and charges you right away without the free trial. Frustrating. -- TuesdayWoman, 2026-08-02 ### ***** "Beautifully built app" The social mechanism is really cool for accountability and a sense of “we’re doing this together”. -- Vivekxk, 2026-07-23 [View all Sabbath reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Sabbath In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Sabbath Plus Annual | $39.99 | | Sabbath Plus Monthly | $6.99 | ## Apps Similar to Sabbath - [meet2more - randki i czat](https://apptail.io/app/meet2more-randki-i-czat-JwPq/united-states) - [Wapp Wrapped: Expose friends](https://apptail.io/app/wapp-wrapped-expose-friends-mcbv/united-states) - [grug](https://apptail.io/app/grug-vJIw/united-states) - [minimap: Home 3D Camera](https://apptail.io/app/minimap-home-3d-camera-teAA/united-states) ## Sabbath Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/sabbath-screen-time-zoFA/united-states) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/sabbath-screen-time-zoFA/italy) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/sabbath-screen-time-zoFA/mexico) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/sabbath-screen-time-zoFA/nigeria) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/sabbath-screen-time-zoFA/canada) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/sabbath-screen-time-zoFA/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/sabbath-screen-time-zoFA/russia) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/sabbath-screen-time-zoFA/ukraine) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/sabbath-screen-time-zoFA/poland) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/sabbath-screen-time-zoFA/hungary) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
