Worst bank ever I just love not being able to access my account at all and being completely unable to log in for 2 whole days and when I call customer support they never answer at this point your just better off keeping your money under your mattress

The app is always having difficulties with signing in and saving the credentials

Zelle is not found on the mobile app and I followed the easy instructions HELP

The app makes me want to switch banks

I can finally give 5 stars for this app because it does everything I need it to do. 1. Online banking 2. Deposit checks 3. Apple Pay

I don’t know what they are doing to this app, but it worked correctly for me for as long as I’ve had it. Lately though it just crashes all the time.

The app is very minimal with very little options. Definitely behind other banks with their mobile app. I can’t even follow the cash flow with the app and have to login through the web portal which is also behind. At least I can view current balance, make mobile deposits, and use Face ID.

Tired of not being able to reset my password ! Either fix the app or delete it all together this is ridiculous ! About to switch banks

This app hasn't worked in two days. Actually no matter the user info that you use it just says that it isn't available and the service number provided just rings with no answer.

This app is very simplistic in nature. What I mean by that is it is a few years behind competitors. On top of that they refuse to fix the bugs in the app, 1 week after I get a new password it will magically say that my Password is wrong. Never fails. Horrible app, do not download
