## SABOR Mobile Reviews in United States

### **--- "Not user friendly"
Can't just print out the actual house with info. It always includes the ridiculous sabor papers that are ten pages long!
-- bellafortetx, 2023-02-20

### *---- "Turned to junk"
I use to love this app all the time for me and my clients. But now nothing runs on it, photos take forever to load if they load at all. I hate it now and I’m looking for alternatives!
-- Cazoi, 2022-01-27

### **--- "Just why?"
So, the app is ok, but loading photos on 5G and gig Wi-Fi connections take forever. Additionally, unlike your website, you don’t actually list the taxes. Taxes in the area can be almost as much as the house payment. That alone may be a reason to next. Also, if I mark a property as no, why do you keep showing it on the map? How can I easily look at a large number and not miss them if you won’t let my hard no choices be hidden?
-- frozeninnp, 2021-12-26

### ****- "Great app"
The only thing I would change is when you send a home for someone to view and they have the app. The link should open in the app instead of the webpage.
-- T0wN20, 2021-11-14

### ***** "App suggestion"
Love the app for our searches from Houston for property in the Hill Country. I would love to see lot sizes in the list view rather than having to click into the listing to find it.
-- Cheinroth, 2021-06-06

### ***** "Puts Zillow to shame"
My wife and I really enjoy this app it works really well and are very impressed with that thank you so much Eric Ramos! Also, the only thing we would ask to change on it is to add HOA filtering to the filtering list. We would love for the developers to add this feature soon!
-- Utsaroadrunner, 2020-08-01

### *---- "Bad"
Not to many filters tonlook for
Number of garage
Better price range
Etc
-- Erinaldy Agosto Family, 2020-05-27

### ***-- "3 stars"
Useful app.. but needs extra tweaking..
-- BenMclovin, 2020-04-25

### *---- "Simplistic features missing"
The websites online have a multitude of advanced filters while this app is very limited forcing you to pan through way too many results. Things simply like how many a garage spaces are not even an option and no key word search.
-- AskDerek, 2020-04-19

### ****- "Needs realistic mortgage calculator"
Good app to see homes. The mortgage calculator does not reflect actual mortgage costs ie. Different types of loans FHA, VA home loan, closing costs.. or include property tax, or include home insurance.
-- Jane D. Doe, 2020-03-10
