## SAC Rate Scuba Description
Finish a manual post-dive gas check in one place: enter your dive numbers, see SAC or RMV, and keep the result for the next review. Switch to gas-needed or runtime math when you need a second reference calculation.

Use it to:

- calculate SAC pressure rate and surface RMV from manual dive data
- backsolve gas needed and minimum start pressure from RMV, depth, time, and reserve
- estimate cylinder runtime from RMV, depth, start pressure, and reserve
- switch between imperial and metric units plus salt or fresh water assumptions
- review saved SAC checks in the local SAC History view

SAC Rate Scuba is a manual reference calculator only. It does not replace a dive computer or formal dive planning and does not provide decompression planning, no-decompression limits, GPS, live tank integration, emergency decision support, or certification guidance.
