Third class customer service. They have pdf instructions which they copy paste every time you ask for help. No actual help. Just basic troubleshooting. Restart phone, restart modem, restart sim, change sim to different phone. I can ask all these things from chatgpt, i need actual help to login while I’m overseas because YOU HOLD MY FUNDS and i have THE RIGHT TO ACCESS MY FUNDS WHENEVER I LIKE. FULL STOP
