The app is completely unusable because I can’t log in. I haven’t received the OTP SMS code, and I’m not getting any calls. OTP login is broken. The support team hasn’t been helpful. Developers should add the option to complete 2FA via email or Authenticator. I have money on my account, but I can’t do anything with it. I need to view my card details for online purchases, but I can’t access them.

as sadapay start using the open market rate, it’s became useless. Whenever you purchase something, the rate got change because of the settlement and balance got deducted without any notice to the account holders. i start hating this application.

I had a great and smooth on boarding experience. Everything is so amazing and simple. All you need is just a mobile phone number and CNIC card to open the account. Customer care service is top notch. Your query can be responded within a few minutes without waiting longer. Highly recommended :))). Keep doing the amazing work SadaPay. Looking forward to enjoy more new features :)))

### ****- "Simple and easy wallet"
A great app especially for Pakistan, i am using it to make my payments internationally and it is working super smooth. The customer support is great as well! 

The only thing i had a problem with is the biometric verification, the app makes you take the camera so near to the fingers that it blurs them and so the verification did not pass. I had to use another phone with different camera specs to get this done and then i found out that the verification can’t be done outside of Pakistan. All the efforts lost :( 

But other than that the app and the service is great!
