I have loved using this app, I’m excited each time I go to the gym because every workout is different and it pushes me too! I don’t have to plan my workout it’s just there in the app! The videos are easy to follow and I like that you can put in how much weight you use each time so you can try to progress to heavier weights
Absolute favorite app
I’ve been using the app for over a year at this point. I absolutely love it. I love how the workouts are always different, the video tutorials, the instructions for each movement, even how we should breathe during the movement. I love how we can track our progress with weights, reps, sets. I’ve gotten stronger and more motivated!

I have never been able to stick to a strength training program until a few months ago when I started using this app. Now I look forward to my workouts and have been consistent for two months. I feel stronger and have more energy. I feel like this is so doable even for a beginner. I like how you can track your progress and that there are options if I don’t have the equipment. I workout at home and basically just have hand weights and some bands. I’m so grateful I found the Sadie active app!
Effective, results driven and suitable for all levels
Sadie is incredibly knowledgeable and an expert in her field. I continue to appreciate the progressive overload system and the emphasis on proper form, which has enabled me to steadily increase weight without fear of injury and challenge myself over time. Sadie’s program has completely transformed my body! I've seen significant muscle gains and increased strength in just a few months, while still maintaining a healthy weight. I should also note that for the first time in my 42 years on this planet, I’m starting to see definition in my legs!!!! The structured plan and detailed video demonstrations of each exercise make it easy to follow. This program is perfect for anyone looking to build functional strength, increase muscle, burn fat, and positively impacted my overall health and wellbeing.

These works are challenging and customizable. There are alternatives to every exercise and it’s so easy to track progress. Love!!
Realistic and amazing results
I am terrible at staying consistent with working out throughout the year, and I have gone back and forth to different programs, but I had used Sadie Active in 2022 and found it super easy to stick to and to jump back into if I had fallen off for a few weeks. The workouts are realistic, I see amazing results when I stick to them, and I honestly just love the platform.
It’s also the littlest things sometimes that make a big difference, but one example of why I do so much better with this program vs others is that in the form videos, Sadie doesn’t have sound on the videos, where other apps have annoying music playing for theirs or too much talking. I have ADHD and can’t deal with all that and I’m usually listening to my own music so the interruption is super unwelcome. With Sadie Active, the fact that I can watch the form video without that interruption or having to wait for setup and too much talking really is a big deal for me actually doing the workouts.
It’s also way more affordable than other programs and honestly worth every penny. I literally was in the middle of another program, found it way to difficult to actually stick to, signed back up for Sadie Active and was able to achieve my goals for the time period I was working towards. Sooo I’m going to just stick with this program.

This app has been wonderful for being able to work out at home. I have learned so much not only about the type of workouts that I can do with dumbbells and bands, but also about how to modify and exchange exercises when I need to for health or timing reasons. I love that there are options for gym and home workouts, and that there is a pregnancy program. You can track weights right in the app and it’s so convenient. Best workout app I’ve tried.
Fantastic
Great workouts, easy to follow app. Plenty of alternative moves to accommodate individual needs with an at home and gym versions. The workouts are well thought and hard but with the ability to make them easier or even harder. Sadie lays out how to shorten the workouts and important form reminders for each set. This is a fantastic app for growing lean muscle and all ability levels.
