The Sadie Active subscription gives you access to weekly workout programming, as well as all workout programs curated by Sadie Rigby.

Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings at any time after purchase
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.

The sadie app is not in my apple subscription and they charged me anyway. i only tried 1 month ago. Never agreed to be charged, never sent me an email telling me anything. You can’t cancel anything from the app. Customer service don’t answer

I’ve been using this app for about eight months and I don’t know if I can ever go without it.  I love going to the gym and knowing exactly what I’m doing.  I love that I’m progressing the same muscles using different exercises.  I love the videos and explanations.  I love that she offers alternative exercises if I need them.  And I love that she offers the 25 minute version for this busy mom of five.  Still seeing results!

I joined the app at the beginning of April 2025 after doing Orangetheory for over eight years. I wanted to focus on strength training consistently as a 53-year-old woman going through perimenopause. The app is easy to use. The workouts are challenging. I love the notes section where I can look back week to week and increase my weight every month. You can't put a price tag on investing in yourself.

I do love the simplicity of the app. I think it would be great if countdown timers were available. It would be nice if it applied it to each set, then a rest timer, then moves onto the next set logging in each weight used, rep, etc for the set. Other than that, it would be perfect!

Great programming. Even with prior training and the ability to make my own workouts, I love this app and the weekly splits. I will say the workout timing — 45-60–is not accurate if you are heavy lifting. On a solid leg day, it can take 90 minutes, and sometimes
the sets are clunky and require setup in between movements. And still 100% worth it because the results are noticeable and so inspiring and creating momentum!
