## Safe Home Security Reviews in United States

### *---- "Useless"
With the recent update this app has become useless. I have tried to call this company. Not getting any help. App is telling me that my control panel is offline. This never happened with the older version of the app.
-- faj876, 2024-04-19

### *---- "Awful customer service, awful app"
The app never works, always has issues. I echo the awful customer service…everyone I’ve ever spoken to is incredibly rude and we’ve also been hung up on several times. I wish this company would go out of business.
-- KennyAndJustina, 2024-01-03

### ***-- "Upgrades required"
Would be great to have a scheduler to set alarms. Example setting the alarm 10 min after door opened after midnight in the stay option.
-- psperez, 2022-12-20

### *---- "Has issues half the time."
When it works, it’s fine I guess. No bells or whistles, just arm and disarm. But, we constantly have issues where we are told we have an incorrect username or password when we exclusively use faceId. Also, there are times that it says our system is offline when it clearly isn’t. Makes me miss Alarm.com... a lot.
-- Cole B22, 2022-07-09

### ***-- "Resetting info"
Unless I’m missing it…how are you supposed to recover your username? I tried resetting my password with what I thought was my username but never received an email. The app is useless for me now!
-- Johnson 2009, 2022-03-23

### *---- "Worst customer service in the industry"
We’ve had agents hang up on us, tools us months to get online access to the app, can’t cancel the service without some obscene fee. Outrageous customer service, awful, had a lady tell us we were too much to handle and hung up. Another guy picked up the phone laughing and acted like we were bothering him. As soon as this contract is over we are cancelling immediately.
-- TheRequiem, 2021-12-27

### **--- "App not reliable"
I was enjoying the convenience of the Safe Home Security app until the technician replaced my 3G circuit board with a 4G version a few weeks back. Since then, the app has not functioned as designed, which is frustrating to put it politely. So far, I have not been able to speak with a human being about this matter.
-- JayHazlin, 2021-11-22

### *---- "App never works"
Have had the app for 2 years, but it has never worked. Secure Connection Error cones up every time I try it no matter where I am. It does show me my sensors’ statue correctly though which makes no sense. Horribly written app. Called about it and had to have a tech come out to check my system. Found nothing wrong except something wrong with the registration and it had to be fixed back at the home office.
-- Relayerman, 2021-10-06

### *---- "Horrible company"
They lie to get you to upgrade your system and then refuse to come out to service you unless you pay a second fee. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Find another home alarm system. Funny how every username is taken so I can’t leave a comment
-- 438492(8/&-!;!, 2021-07-02

### *---- "Not Functioning now"
I have had this app for awhile and it has had its problems, now I have to open it up by typing my name and password. It will no longer use face recognition, I go to my passwords on my phone and it still doesn’t work unless I cross it my password and type it in, because the dots where the password goes are there with the password on it so it doesn’t work unless you get rid of the dots.
