## Safe Roads Challenge Reviews in United States

### ***** "."
i literally love this app so much , they give me lots of rides when i need them, 10/10 !!! definitely recommend.
-- heytheree1, 2025-09-12

### *---- "This is not fun"
I wonder how much time I waste every single day waiting for the trips to show up, if they do at all.
-- Sarita Estrella, 2025-09-06

### *---- "keeps logging me out"
i think the app would be really nice but i wouldn’t know because it keeps logging me out and stays stuck on the loading screen when i try to log back in. because of this i cannot get my rewards and see if i drive good or not :( id really love someone to fix this slso when im driving with my parents ( them driving not me) i still have this problem maybe it thinks i’m the one driving and i’m on my phone so it doesn’t let me use the app? i dont know. pls someone reach out if you can help.
-- susudrivingappreview, 2025-08-01

### ****- "APP STOPPED WORKING!"
I’ve had this app for several years now. I really like it, and the new design makes it better. But now it is not working at all.
-- IMsooBAD, 2025-07-31

### *---- "Can’t login"
It logged me out and is asking for name, dob etc, and if i enter them it just gives that loading screen and nothing happens.
-- lucie_neko, 2025-07-31

### ***** "Makes u a better driver"
Took a bit to figure out, but worth it. Its definitely challenging in the city. Is overall well polished app and will get you more aware of your bad habits. Added benefit, getting better mpg.
-- Elbozie, 2025-06-28

### *---- "Problems since latest update"
Since the last update, the app keeps locking up. I’m on the third time deleting it and reinstalling.
-- Coralbells54, 2025-04-10

### *---- "No support, Bad recordings"
Had several rides not recorded. When it does i lost several pins. had the same trip back and forth it recorded 7 pins one way and 0 the trip back. Makes no sense. Reached out to support and no response. This was for work. Deleted the app.
-- playgolffla, 2025-03-30

### *---- "Terrible App"
Half the features do not work. I contacted support to fix the trivia game 3 months ago and it still doesn’t work, apparently they’re still looking into it. Once you’ve gotten some trips in the readings start to become inaccurate. Feels like you’re never going to “win” anything even with a lot of entries and badges. Save the headache.
-- Just-B-Honest, 2025-02-19

### ***-- "I loved the old version!!! Bring it back!"
I absolutely loved the app prior to the new update/name change in Jan 2025. 2024 version was awesome, super easy to use and navigate! Now it’s complicated and I’m still trying to figure out how to claim my trips. They don’t run any “events” and it’s A LOT harder to earn points. Wish it would go back to Trypscore!
