The Pre-Start App can be used with any plant or machinery to do daily pre-start checks and maintain service & maintenance records. There are generic checklists for most mining, construction, forestry equipment or you can create your own list to suit any machine type.
The app creates a PDF that can be filed, emailed, or texted.
There is a photo upload to provide evidence of faults or damage that needs attention.
Instructions;
1. Choose equipment type in drop down menu.
2 Number log page
3 Enter Machine plant no , model
4 Include date & week ending.
5 Click on the box to edit any checklist
6 List & Photograph any faults or damage.
7 Go to signature pad & sign.
8 Click daily save each day to save.
9 Do not click clear button unless you wish to change list or details.
