Neither myself or my husband can use the app. We are asked to sign in, we get the verification code and then just a spinning wheel of doom. Super frustrating. We’ve tried uninstalling and everything. Nothing is working.

“Hurry! Your points are expiring!” But app won’t let me log in. It won’t scan code in store either.

I was confused at first but I got a Safeway employee to help me. He was patient and helpful. Now I'm a pro.

This has to be the least user friendly consumer app ever designed. I should be able to pay for items I selected while in the store with the app. After a half hour of the store employees not being able to figure out how to pay for my cart. I chose to leave. Too many clicks. UX designer was obviously not a professional.

The items under the $5 Friday at the bottom still sing add to list when you click them. Please fix this glitch!

Over the last month the app have gotten worse. The weekly add prices are not reflected on the app. When you click on a coupon or the add the app will navigate to all coupons and I have to switch to search for the item and the price dosn’t match.

New problem. The app gets stuck on telling me that there’s no grocery delivery in my area but I want to look at the ad and start a list for the store. When I tried to go to the developer I got the app again. Does’t work from my windows pc either.

I am standing in front of my Safeway, San Ramon. And yet the app says there is no store here. Real genius guys!
