App won’t connect to create an account. Never used the app before and it doesn’t work right out of the chute. I tried to delete and reinstall per the developers response but that didn’t work. Clearly I’m one of hundreds writing reviews that the app doesn’t work or stopped working. Wasting our time on developers suggesting to contact them or Safeway or reinstalling the app Etc. Just fix the app….

I haven’t been able to get the app to work for three months. Then all of a sudden this morning I have five notices of charges through the app for 3 to 5 months ago. There’s no contact information I can see on the app because I keep getting errors when I go to FAQ. I don’t know who to talk to about it. This is very frustrating! Now I'm worried and having to watch my bank account to make sure the charges don't show up there. Like other reviews the app is hit or miss. It’s great when it’s working. Each one of these charges are almost $100. Having $500 in charges hitting my bank account all at once isn’t something that anyone can just cover because your app isn’t working. Please work to fix as soon as possible. if somebody could contact me and let me know what’s happening with the app and reassure me I’m not getting double charged for something I bought 3 to 5 months ago would also be reassuring.

worked consistently for a few months to a year for me, now when i try to use it with apple pay or my regular debit cards it never works. says the servers get disconnected. been like this for around a year now. sad! 2 stars. hope it gets fixed because it really did save me some time at the gas station.

App has not worked for months!!! Having to go inside to pay is such a pain!

I type in my email and nothing happens at all. It time outs and then asks for a phone number. Nothing is sent to either my email or my phone number. Checked spam, nothing. I have my phone number and email registered with Safeway too. Please fix this!!!

This one touch fuel app has NEVER worked at any station!

This app always say lost connection after going to pay using the app. It’s been like this for couple of months…

I used to love this for the convenience and speed at the pump, way faster than punching numbers on the sluggish pump screen, but it has suddenly stopped working, does anyone even look at metric for app usage ?
