Sage HR (New)

I would like to be able to see everyone who is off in detail, along with the future time off for employees. For example I have 2 employees out of the office next week but in the app I have no way to see that or the admin notes behind those requests.

When I go to the timesheets it closes the app

I can’t login from app but when I login through the email then I can open the page

Been trying to log in for weeks now , my office has sent me several invites and resetting my email on several occasions , after setting up a password it tells me my email or password is wrong ! When you click the help button all you greeted with is pre made answers that are no help at all , The most frustrating and time consuming thing ever !!!

Terrible app! You do everything you can. Give all your personal details for nothing. Cannot scroll anything after the ‘confirm identity’…therefore you are left unable to use the app!

This app is absolutely waste of time, I try to login for 2 years and couldn’t get through and no help or support at all 🤬🤬🤬

Beware that support for the Timesheet module is very poor. It’s not currently possible to record time against projects at all - a significant limitation. Sage, please improve upon this!

Always gets stuck on a page that says “log out” but it won’t let me log out or log in either. I have to delete the app and reinstall at least twice a month. Appalling.

I receive regular emails for my payslips but doesn’t allow me to log in just sits like it’s a frozen screen but then says to go onto the help chat but that’s useless and doesn’t help at all

I can’t get to see my wage slips as every single time I try to get to look log in and all I see is code 404 and I need to get my pay slips
