- الدخول لخدمة الانترنت البنكيه نسخة الأجهزة الذكية (فلكس تاتش) اينما كنت: الدخول لهذه الخدمة يكون عبر إستخدام اسم المستخدم و كلمة المرور الخاصة بخدمة الانترنت البنكية. بامكانك تنفيذ جميع العمليات البنكيه فوراً. و في حال لم تكن مسجلا بامكانك اتباع الخطوات الموضحة بعد الضغط على أيقونة الدخول.

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) is pleased to introduce its new hybrid application that allows you to access the entire range of Internet Banking services via your smart device.
Furthermore non SAIB customers can install this application and benefit its additional functionalities.

SAIB customers’ application services:
- Login to your online mobile banking (FLEXX TOUCH): You can login via your existing online banking user credentials. You can perform any banking operation or transaction instantaneously. However, if you are not already registered, you can simply follow the steps on the registration page.

Disappointing

The app needs a lot of development. Why would it take days to add a new device? Specially when you’re traveling. Also the app doesn’t work outside of Saudi Arabia, it puts you in more difficult situations when you urgently need it.

I offer you money to fix your app

Can you please deduct from my monthly salary and fix this thing?? It’s a shame that such a bank has this useless app. Seriously guys wake up!!!! Help help

نصيحة لا تعتمد عليه في السفر انا الآن مسافر ولي اربعة ايام ما يفتح ونكبوني الله ينكبهم

التطبيق بدائي جداً غير سلس ويحتاج شغل كثير عليه ياليت يشفون تطبيق بنوك اخرى لاخذ افكار في كيفيه تطوير التطبيق الحالي شكراً

مرحباً خدمة العملاء، في حال كنتم تتابعون تعليقات المستخدمين عن التطبيق. هذي رسالة الى الخدمات الالكترونية عندكم: تطبيقكم واضح جداً انه ويب محول الى تطبيق جوال. وهذا اسوأ شي تسويه في الوقت الحالي. شوفوا تعليقات الناس عليكم، شوفوا السوق وين وصل وانتم وين وصلتوا. اللي بقوله الله يعينكم ترفعون التقييم مره ثانية الا اذا بتنزلون تطبيق جديد وتفتحون صفحة جديدة

The app is an embarrassment to the Bank

Very trash app while other banks in Saudi have a high tech App . Respect the costumers by providing a great app experience. The app rate shows how bad it is . Come on do something about it!!!
