Neither practical nor flexible
Couldn’t rest the password. I keep getting there is system issue and got 404 page. Need to to fix ASAP

Furthermore non SAIB customers can install this application and benefit its additional functionalities.
SAIB customers’ application services:
- Login to your online mobile banking (FLEXX TOUCH): You can login via your existing online banking user credentials. You can perform any banking operation or transaction instantaneously. However, if you are not already registered, you can simply follow the steps on the registration page.

It is a terrible app Always in maintenance And the service is just less than normal Disappointed

برنامجكم سيء جدا. حدثت البرنامج ومعد اشتغلت البصمة. اول شي قال خطأ، حذفته ورجعته وصار مافي بصمة خير شر. انا خارج الدولة وما معي شريحتي ولا عندي توكيل او تفويض لاي احد من الاهل. طيب والحل ؟!

Whoever is in charge of testing updates before rolling them out is doing a very poor job
Generally fine but 2 stars from me.
The app recently got better, but it did come with its quirks. The Flexx Safe doesn't active unless you put in a pin number. However trying to put the pin, the app keeps saying "Flexx Safe information not found" even after I go a text from the bank saying I can activate the Flexx Safe now. I have no idea if this is an app issue or a fault from the banks own systems. In any case, it didn't work for me, so 2 stars.
