I initially purchased a 5GB eSIM plan from Saily, and it worked well, so I trusted the service and upgraded to a 15GB plan. At first, the connection was fine, but soon after, it completely stopped working—no internet, no explanation. I live near Taipei 101, one of the most central and well-connected areas in Taiwan, where the internet should be the fastest and most stable. Yet, the service failed completely for no reason.

I contacted customer support multiple times and spent a lot of time explaining the issue, but they couldn’t fix it. Instead, they gave vague excuses, blaming “network congestion,” which makes no sense considering my location. In the end, I asked for a refund because I still have 10GB out of 15GB left that I cannot use at all. Their response? I had “used 20% of the data,” so I was not eligible for a refund. How is it fair to refuse a refund when their service stopped working and the remaining data is unusable?

This feels like a scam. Saily takes your money, fails to deliver the service you paid for, and then blames you for using a small portion of the data as an excuse to deny refunds. Their customer support is unhelpful, and their business practices are completely unreliable.

I want to strongly warn others: do not use Saily’s eSIM service. Even in a prime location like Taipei 101, their connection is a disaster, and if you run into problems, they will waste your time without solving anything. This company is not trustworthy, and their behavior is unacceptable.
