## Saketracker Description
Saketracker is a single-purpose iOS app that lets you log every drink with one tap and tracks daily / weekly pure-alcohol grams plus alcohol-free (AF) days you explicitly confirm.

"Was I drinking too much this week?" "How many AF days do I have going?" — for people who want to see the numbers and self-regulate.

■ Who it's for
- You want a number-based picture of your drinking habits
- You want to grow your alcohol-free day streak intentionally
- You hate ad-heavy apps and prefer one-time purchase over subscriptions
- You want no login and want your drinking records kept on-device

■ What "pure alcohol grams" means
Volume (mL) × ABV (%) / 100 × 0.8 — the standard formula used by Japan's MHLW. It lets you compare beer, whisky, wine, etc. on a single g scale. Example: 500mL of 5% beer = 20g.
Note: in Australia, 1 standard drink = 10g of pure alcohol, so 20g = 2 standard drinks. The app shows raw grams; convert in your head if needed.
