I have been using this app for almost a year i haven’t met anyone yet . It charged me twice, and I still can't send messages to anyone. Even after contacting their support, I received no help. The worst part is that all the women here are judgmental. Once you match with any woman, you will be blocked the next day for no reason. I am not a bad-looking guy; I am a hardworking and motivated man who doesn't party or drink. I don't know what kind of men today's women are looking for.

When the app shows the subscription options, the button to pass the page (not buying) is sow small and down the screen that it’s almost impossible to tap on it. This isn’t ok and I hope someone from the Apple Store takes notice of it.

I bought a gold membership to have some extra features then get shocked by asking me for extra money for every single turn .. 
I don’t mind if you offer your service for 100$ or 200$ a month/week thats your service fees, i take it or leave it, but the problem is you ask for a membership fees then you ask again for a fees for every message and every corner .. that’s for sure unacceptable terrible service.

Here is a summary of the Terms of Use that could be alarming: 

	1.	Arbitration and Class Action Waiver: The agreement strongly favors individual arbitration over court litigation and explicitly waives users’ rights to participate in class actions. While this is common, it can limit users’ ability to collectively sue the company, which might be seen as restricting their legal recourse, especially in cases of widespread issues.
	2.	Termination Clause: The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at any time, without notice, for any reason, with no obligation to provide a refund. This could be seen as harsh, particularly if users have paid for premium services and are not given a clear reason for termination.
	3.	Background Checks: The company explicitly states that it does not conduct background checks or screenings on its users, which might be concerning for a service where users interact with strangers, particularly if it’s a dating or social app.
	4.	Content Licensing: By posting content on the service, users grant the company a very broad, irrevocable, and perpetual license to use that content in various ways. This could be problematic for users who want control over how their personal content (photos, messages) is used in the future.
	5.	Informal Dispute Resolution Requirement: Before pursuing legal action, users are required to go through an informal dispute resolution process, which can delay users’ ability to take formal legal action.
	6.	Opt-Out of Retroactive Application: Users have the option to opt-out of the retroactive application of the Dispute Resolution clause, but they must do so within 30 days, which may not be clearly communicated to them upfront.

After hearing what Disney did I started paying more attention to terms and conditions or terms of use. I deleted the app immediately because of number 4.
