Thanks for the recent updates. I can now easily see my loyalty rewards and make orders online on your apps.

Everytime I open the app to order food or to check the menu its always saying error. I go to my profile it says error and doesnt load it. It barely loads anything. The food is delicious but the app is annoying.

Every time I try to log in into my account to earn points, the app believes I’m making a new account. The rewards system needs refreshing, and the ordering system should be on the app, and not in an external link in Safari.

I can never order from the app. I go to the restaurant and place an order and there is not a place for me to enter my receipt information

I hate how I have to say my phone number out loud at the window for points. It should be easier like a scan code or code number.

Download app onto my iPhone 14 Pro. App crashes immediately as soon as I try to open it. Rebooted phone to see if that was the issue. Still doesn’t work. (Edit: I also tried deleting and reinstalling the app, to no avail)

The app is actually quite functional and seems like it’s been working a lot better, but a lot of images won’t load or are unavailable. And when you look for locations, it will have to open Safari just to link to the Salem’s website.

The app has great potential but it lags and there are icons i can’t tap. I tried to order online and I couldn’t so I ended up just going to the store only for them to tell me “they don’t do the app here”

Whenever I open the app, select order now, and choose a location, it always says “No restaurants matching that store reference.” Even though I’m obviously choosing a valid open location. So I can’t even view the menu because of this error. Also the app overall is very awkward and clunky.

what’s the point of having an app if you can’t place an order with it? no matter how often i try updating or reinstalling, it says “no restaurants matching that store reference” when i try to use the “order now” feature. please fix.
