## Salford Community Leisure Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Active lifestyle"
This is a very good program for those of us who wants to get back into daily life after operations.
-- Jolly.J.Joe, 2025-03-16

### *---- "The new app arrangement is not user friendly."
It is important to involve users of all categories in the redesign of the app and I think that is not happening because it has been very hard for me who is an IT professional to navigate the app easily which is not good, it is frustrating and I almost cancelled my subscription.
-- UNAA2024, 2024-11-25

### *---- "Login does not work"
I ve tried quite a few times to login on my account but even with resetting mh password i still cant get on the booking site. Ive tried both mh emails with the new passwrord and still cant get on it
-- angie.grange, 2024-10-16

### *---- "Failure to login"
I had sought help from your staff at the leisure center & email to you. But no one could fix the problem. I still fail to login and make booking at all!
-- 😰upset, 2024-06-21

### *---- "Meh"
Once I logged out there’s no option to log back in. App is now pointless for my membership.
-- smithy926, 2024-05-27

### ***** "Recovery"
I am a 65 years old male who frequently uses
Broughton gym
But when using the sauna I need to lie down to fully recover like we use to do
Could you please provide an area and beds for us to be able to recover properly
-- Acbtb59, 2024-04-15

### ***** "Great local gym"
I’ve been coming to this gym for about a year , I tried a different one before and never felt settled there. The classes are great and interactive, instructors are friendly and well liked and the gym is laid out well ! You’ll never come here and not get a hello or a smile off either the staff or customers ! Well priced as well
-- bindaboley, 2024-04-13

### *---- "Basic information"
Nowhere on this app can you find what a daily session costs. Not everyone wants a monthly membership. Secondly, there is an option for “ladies swim” where you have to put a date in. I did a search for every day for the next 5 days then gave up. Surely there should be a “list” of dates and times available instead of me searching for it? Overall and in my opinion this app is not user friendly as I will now have to visit the gym to find this information out which defeats the object
-- JenAFC, 2024-04-10

### ***** "Mrs Walker"
The leisure centre in irlam is a great place to go. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Lots of classes and activities and a great swimming pool and sauna.
I am so glad I joined it.
-- MaggieSpain, 2024-02-17

### *---- "Terrible"
Very bad, not able to book badminton court from app.
Not sure what’s the use of this app. Only to recursively take membership? Not sure !! Bizarre!!
