The mobile app hasn’t been working for a good solid month or more. I order pretty frequently and I have to go on Safari or Google to the actual website to do orders now. Using my phone app is much more convenient! Please help!

After this most recent update 4.1.0 You’re not able to complete a purchase after adding your items to the cart. So you are then forced to call the store to place your order. Upon calling 1 store, they didn’t have the item in stock even though the app shows it’s in stock. Next store I called, they had the item even though the app says it’s out of stock and i was told they aren’t allowed to do orders over the phone. But they made an exception “just this time” Next store called I was also informed that phone orders aren’t allowed. The app hardly has the correct inventory, this is an ongoing problem.

This app has been frustrating to use. It’s incredibly glitchy.

For the past few months this app doesn’t work. Hard to shop on app. Needs fixing. I’ll go buy elsewhere until then

App is not working with IOS18.2 on my iPhone 16. Will not allow me to log-in. Says Salon Centric Network error 2. I’ve went through changing and resetting my password. Nothing works.

Love all of the selections on the site. Love that it is clear how much rewards you have accumulated. The cart takes a while to load. Please fix the checkout options so I can select “pick up in store” and be able to order off the app when the store is closed. I was told by a SC employee it’s an issue for iPhone users

As someone who lives in a remote area the ap is my main source of ordering and it is a headache every time. Please improve especially when running sales.

Every time I try to enter my cart it takes forever to load. So removing and adding things takes forever and I find it constantly stalling. Trying to make simple order of color ends up taking an hour

I do not like this app it’s annoying that I have to delete it and then download again because it never wants to work then I type in my password and says it not that password so i change it and it says it can’t be the same as the old one how does that make sense?!? It’s frustrating especially when you are trying to order something because it kicks me off and closes then I have to look for the stuff to add to my cart then try again to order it

I have never written a review for an app before but the salon centric app is so bad- I’m seriously going to go and give my business elsewhere. I don’t know what is going on with the app or the website but for well over a year now, anytime I try to go to “my cart” it takes over 2 minutes to load. So every single time I add something to my cart, it just stalls and stalls. Just to order under 10 products can take me an hour with the loading time- I’m not kidding. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Half the time I’m having to exit out of the app or close the webpage over and over again. It’s beyond annoying and frankly way too time consuming. Also, please make a feature that if an item is out of stock, don’t let it be available to add to the cart. Half the time I add all of these items and then go to checkout (after my hour long endeavor of loading of course) just to be told on the final page that none of the items are in stock. Complete waste of time. Please fix this- because honestly, I’m taking my business elsewhere otherwise. I could understand if this was a recent issue and it was in the process of being fixed, but these issues have been going on for well over a year. Also, you can’t even submit a customer service ticket- that feature doesn’t work either.
