This is quite literally one of the worst shopping apps I’ve used. It used to be good, honestly. Now you can’t have it sent to the store it’s sent to some wear house in a different state even though there’s one in your state, can’t check the stock accurately. They make you pay for the full order even if items are out of stock, and then you get a refund for the items that weren’t in stock DAYS later. And not to mention the shipping…it is $15.99, but yet it’s $11.95 in store. Hmm sounds kinda scammy and tax fruadey to me. Booger.

I’ve started to purchase products at other stores since I always have an issue with the app. It logs you out if you don’t sign in for 2 days. Always have an issue trying to log back in as it says my password is incorrect when it isn’t since I just made a new one a few days ago after the last time I was logged out. When you pick up in store the price comes up different than what you paid in the app then you have to wait for it to correct itself. Don’t bother wasting your time to try to get it to work. It has never been good and probably won’t ever be.

It’s so annoying every time I go to use the app it logged me out and takes forever to log in I’ve talked to a lot of other people who have the same problem please fix it’s the worst!

Constant error reports. For company of this magnitude they have a very poorly ran website and app. Seeing what’s in stock is nearly impossible. And half is in stock at the warehouse and half in stock at different stores so that you have to drive all over our town and still pay shipping. Zero out of 10 for me.

I feel like every time its time to use the app it has problems. Wether its signing in, checking out or even looking for products. Doesn’t matter. I have to almost always delete the app and download it again for it work.

The app has been so bad lately. It wasn’t really great to begin with but it’s worse now. It signs you out every time and it’s a pain. The app also doesn’t load the monthly catalog. I tried using award points and it couldn’t figure it out. This app has a ton of glitches, please fix them.
