NOTE Salt Shack Minerals is a mineral education and collection app, not a rock identification app. It is designed to help users learn about minerals, crystal structures, geology, gemstone science, and mineral formation through educational content, quizzes, and collection management tools. Users can also build and catalogue their own digital mineral collection. While the app teaches the principles of mineral identification, it does not identify rocks or minerals from photos and does not use AI or image recognition. ## Salt Shack Minerals Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/98/05/0f/98050f7b-857c-2320-8ed9-c20d5fe46e22/img1.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/3d/d8/8d/3dd88d3e-ec56-500b-f473-49d72b60edaa/img3.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/01/ac/69/01ac692d-692e-1cbd-5c1c-bd93a4dcfe8f/img2cvc.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/28/c3/59/28c3596c-e526-fde7-0ff5-27f0b95e3dcd/img4c.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/24/53/af/2453af9d-2b54-c5d0-aeb2-1dc3149b42f7/img7.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/4f/b8/fe/4fb8fe27-b842-e498-a4ae-1a7521ff5242/img8.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 7](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/24/a6/7d/24a67da2-028e-b63f-85e8-e0929894d7de/img9.png/1284x2778.png) - [Screenshot 8](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/2b/93/7b/2b937bc7-f50d-a23d-d380-6ac971b4b9e2/img10.png/1284x2778.png) ## Salt Shack Minerals Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 5 (100%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 0 (0%) - 1 stars: 0 (0%) ## Salt Shack Minerals Reviews in United States ### ***** "Must Have!" I have to say this app is a must have for old and new collectors alike. It does more then just help you identify your minerals, it teaches, it quizzes, it helps you keep track of your minerals, so much information in a nice package! I have been a collector for over 30 years and I am over the moon excited about this app, even if you think you know everything I am sure there is something in here you can learn. It’s worth more then what the cost is, a lot of time and effort went in to creating this app and it really shows!! Thank you for putting something out there that is correct and on point. -- Kgrin, 2026-07-01 [View all Salt Shack Minerals reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Salt Shack Minerals Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Paid | United States | Education | #17 | | Top Paid | Brazil | Education | #29 | | Top Paid | United Kingdom | Education | #96 | | Top Paid | United States | Overall | #167 | ## Salt Shack Minerals Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/salt-shack-minerals-ItDA/united-states) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/salt-shack-minerals-ItDA/germany) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/salt-shack-minerals-ItDA/taiwan) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/salt-shack-minerals-ItDA/belgium) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/salt-shack-minerals-ItDA/japan) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/salt-shack-minerals-ItDA/greece) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/salt-shack-minerals-ItDA/canada) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/salt-shack-minerals-ItDA/spain) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
