The real time tide and wind data that are location based allow for streamlined preliminary game planning and also allow real time adjustments to be made while on the water and things aren’t going my way. The depth contour, sea grass, and oyster bar layers have allowed me to explore new to me fishing grounds and enjoy more successful days on the water. I have also enjoyed using various styles of baits from Salt Strong. The 2.0 and Flea Flicker are two of my favorites. -- JNFlow, 2024-11-12 ### ***** "Great app" I have used this app since they first developed. Really helps you get on fish especially if you’re fishing a new spot -- Jeff S 001, 2024-11-10 ### ***** "Game changer !" This app has completely changed the way I fish for the better. The information available is invaluable. If you want to catch more fish, this app is a no brainer. -- Clint Holmes, 2024-11-07 ### ***** "Best fishing app out there" This is by far and away the best fishing app out there. You won’t need any others. This app gives you everything you’ll ever need. Tide information, underwater structure guidance, public boat ramps, navigation charts for depths and channels, and so much more. Thank you Salt Strong for this app -- bosoxfanFL, 2024-10-04 ### ***** "Very Awesome Tool/App!!!!" Used the app this past weekend for a tournament, and hit up some new hot spots the app showed that I had not used before. One of those new spots produced the winning red for us! I want to go explore all of the new areas now! Great job getting this app going for us Salt Strong team!!! The smart spots red and yellow areas were pretty accurate, and using the trainings helped make locating fish even more simpler. My go to spots were also on here, so I knew it would help! You still have to know what to look for as well as know when tides are right, but this is the only app you’ll need going forward!!! -- ALaMO512, 2024-10-03 ### ***** "One in a MILLION!" I’m new to fishing so I researched many different apps. This app is excellent has great support. The constant updates on where to find fish is incredible and the location of oyster beds makes catching fish much more predictable. This is a great company and it is such a pleasure to find this 1:1,000,000 App! -- SmileMakerinColumbia, 2024-10-03 ### ***** "Everything is right here!" I’ve spent lots of time over many years trying to find info about fishing conditions, weather, tides, etc. Finally I have found it all in one place: Salt Strong’s Smart Fishing Spots. No more need for logging in to various websites to gather the info needed in bits and pieces. What’s more, Smart Fishing Spots is kept updated and new content is frequently being added. I fish multiple areas in my home area and around Florida, and always find the information I need to be spot on accurate. -- BackbayGA, 2024-10-02 ### ***** "Awesome" This is a great app! It’s like having a fishing guide in your pocket. -- nugpot1997, 2024-10-01 ### ***** "Amazing game changer for fishing the IRL" As someone originally from Italy, I was completely unfamiliar with the types of fishing spots and conditions here in the U.S. coastal areas. The Smart Spot Salt Strong app has been a complete game-changer for me. The smart fishing spot chart is incredibly user-friendly and provides real-time data that makes finding the best fishing locations a breeze. I also love the depth contour feature, which helps me understand the underwater terrain better than any map could. What really stood out for me is the option to find oyster bars and grass beds—features that I had never encountered before back in Italy. This has significantly improved my fishing results. Whether you’re a local or an international angler like me, this app simplifies the fishing experience in a way that has boosted my confidence and success. Highly recommend! -- Mollie Mack, 2024-10-01 ### ***** "Tons of value here - everything you need in one spot!" Have been using this app for well over a year now. It was good in the beginning and they keep improving it. Suggested areas to try fishing based on tide and weather variables. Even if you have your own spots, having tides, wind, marine charts, hi-res satellite views plus some other very handy layers not normally seen, like 3D shaded relief and depth contours at varying intervals, make this app a super value. Want to log your catches? It can do that too. I literally got rid of four separate apps/links I used everytime I went fishing once I had Smart Spots, and I don't even use all of its functions! -- GearJammr, 2024-09-30 [View all Salt Strong reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Salt Strong In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Yearly | $97.00 | | Monthly | $12.99 | ## Salt Strong Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Grossing | United States | Sports | #62 | ## Apps Similar to Salt Strong - [Fishing Spots: Find & Fish App](https://apptail.io/app/fishing-spots-find-fish-app-gdb/united-states) - [Fishing App - Pro Angler](https://apptail.io/app/fishing-app-pro-angler-VQc/united-states) - [Fish Rules: Local Fishing Laws](https://apptail.io/app/fish-rules-local-fishing-laws-Whd/united-states) - [FishAngler: Fishing App](https://apptail.io/app/fishangler-fishing-app-bui/united-states) - [FishVerify: ID & Regulations](https://apptail.io/app/fishverify-id-regulations-Bwj/united-states) - [Fishing Points: Map & Forecast](https://apptail.io/app/fishing-points-map-forecast-zml/united-states) - [CMonster](https://apptail.io/app/cmonster-nzHb/united-states) - [Minn Kota i-Pilot](https://apptail.io/app/minn-kota-i-pilot-qzHb/united-states) - [Omnia Fishing: Spots & Maps](https://apptail.io/app/omnia-fishing-spots-maps-owyc/united-states) - [Fishing Chaos](https://apptail.io/app/fishing-chaos-BCMc/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
