## Salve Reviews in United States

### ***** "So informational"
I’m surprised by the negative reviews. This app has been an incredible resource in my fertility journey. There is so much information on here with detailed explanations on medications, appointments, treatment plans, timelines etc. I’ve also never been able to talk to my doctor’s care team so easily at any other medical clinic (even outside of fertility). This app makes that communication easy and seamless. The one thing I wish they could add is subject lines and a group thread for my partner and I.
-- appleuser19745, 2025-07-23

### ***** "Simple & Functional"
Having used the app for a few weeks now, I’m surprised by all the negative reviews. I haven’t had any problems with it at all. I’ve found it to be easy to navigate and I appreciate the clean interface and user experience. The notifications work great and everything’s been top notch. Two thumbs up.
-- ToastyFlamingo27, 2025-07-21

### *---- "CHECKBOXES"
A DRILL DOWN FOR Y/N FOR EVERYTHING IS GENUINELY THE WORST USER INTERFACE DECISION I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. PLEASE GET HELP.
-- mouse controls, 2025-06-24

### *---- "Can’t log in most of the time!"
There’s a glitch it seems like every other day where I can’t log in to get time sensitive info. I had to push a whole cycle back because I couldn’t log in the app which is happening again at this moment so finally writing a long overdue review. I constantly get an error message to email their UK support email when I can’t log in. Then 1-2 days later it magically works. Phone restarts, updates, etc., nothing helps!! This app is terrible and I hate that CCRM forces communication on us this way!
-- Upset fertility lady, 2025-05-20

### ***** "Great system!"
Our IVF clinic told my wife and I to download this app to help with communication with the nurses and Doctor. It not only allows us to chat with our providers, but it has an entire education model built in so if we have specific questions, we can get them answered without calling the clinic. Very impressive!
-- Docabeard, 2025-04-23

### *---- "Worst part of working with CCRM"
Like many other one star reviews, this app was forced on to me by CCRM, my medical provider. It’s got terrible patient privacy user agreements as numerous other reviews have pointed out and you can only check messages on the app, not the web portal. It’s extremely frustrating to be forced to digest long “messages” from CCRM with critical info on a small iPhone screen. Not to mention accessing documents and medical records. Further, there is no way to give your partner access to the messaging, cutting out 1/2 of the patient and couple experience. This is a joke of an app, and CCRM should be embarrassed by the terrible reviews and patient outcry. I wish I could give this zero stars, of the many medical platforms I’ve used over the years, this is by far and away the worst and least functional.
-- Former language student, 2025-04-07

### *---- "I wont use clinics who insist on this app"
Please make this useful for patients. This app is just another layer of burden for patients.

It transfers all of the administrative work a clinic would hire someone for to the patient and then the app makes it extremely difficult do anything

To the product managers at salve, solving a problem for clinics and making it harder for their customers is not good. Stop making this bad product please pivot.

Feedback: your App Store score is 1.6 stars
-- Real salve user, 2025-02-26

### **--- "phone only"
mobile app is ok but the huge bummer is that I can't use this app on my desktop or even sign in via browser. My clinic often requires documents to be sent and long messages that I have to type on the mobile app. The apps design and speed could use an upgrade.
-- tribecaFX, 2025-01-13

### *---- "Absolutely terrible"
I truly hate that my clinic switched to this app. It’s nearly impossible to find previously provided information because there are essentially no search functions, and there is no logic guiding what information goes where. The one redeeming feature is checking off my meds each day. But that’s certainly not worth the torture this app puts me through when I want to look at my aneuploidy results from my egg retrieval two years ago! Seriously, **** this app.
-- Bdhsiao826, 2024-12-03

### *---- "Need to download the app"
Please add all functionality to web platform. There is no reason why I should need an app to use your service, hence 1 star.
