## Samsung Frame Art Tool Reviews in United States

### ***** "Works Perfectly"
This app is dead simple to use and works for both vertical and horizontal pictures. I upload all my pictures with SmartThings without issue.
-- Dishawbr, 2025-12-02

### *---- "Privacy issues"
The app demands access to ALL of your photos with no options for limited access. Absolute privacy violation and gave me the creeps.
-- SouthernDame2, 2025-03-13

### ***** "Actually Works Now"
App actually got my photos to size perfectly for the Samsung art screen. Everything else was a nightmare because I decided to do my screen vertical and it just never quite worked right until I got this app. Put your photos through this app and resize them and save them back to your camera roll then upload them through the SmartThings app for Samsung and it works perfectly and smoothly.
-- LeWolfe, 2025-01-02

### *---- "Should not need access to all photos"
I purchased this app and had been happy with it. A recent update (possibly iOS) has made it unusable unless you grant access to all photos. There’s no reason for this requirement. I’ll happily update this review once the app has been fixed.
-- BusinessReviewer, 2024-12-07

### ***-- "In need of support"
The app states it supports family sharing but it won’t work for me. I do not see the ‘feedback’ option to share proof of purchase. Please advise.
-- MS19761974, 2024-04-20

### *---- "Privacy issues"
The app needs access to all photos? I find this simply hard to understand why.
-- FartyBoy415, 2023-11-24

### ***-- "access to all photos"
Deleted it before using because it requires access to all photos so I have no idea how the functionality actually works. Not worth sharing all the extra data.

There are web based design tools you can use to crop an image to 3840x2160 px without relinquishing your privacy.
-- MannaMannaMannaManna, 2023-07-03

### ****- "How do I purchase unlimited"
No way to purchase unlimited resizes. Please let me know how to do it. Thanks
-- Huegirls, 2023-01-30

### *---- "Two show stoppers"
One: Does require Samsung bloat ware to upload images. Two: Requires access to all images.

Bonus third: Wants money after a handful resizes.

Suggestion: I’d be happy to pay a dollar once to get an uploader to my Frame. Resizing I can do within iCloud. Thanks for listening😀
-- Peter from the Cruz, 2022-10-22

### *---- "Won’t use without privacy change"
Not handing over all my photos. Fix this if you want people to use it
