The Smart Washer App supports 'Smart Check' function that helps you to take action when an error occurs in your washer. It recognizes an error code in Samsung washer display and informs how to take action.

■ Supported Washer Models:
- Check the Smart Check mark in the control panel and the information about them in the user manual.
- The "Smart Check" may be represented as "Smart Care" depending on the language.

■ Please check these items before using the Smart Washer App!
- External light may cause the camera recognition function to be incorrect.  Adjust the focus and angle properly for the auto camera recognition to operate correctly.
- Check the supported washer and smart phone models. 
(Other models are not guaranteed that they will operate normally.)
- Depending on the font you have set in your mobile phone, Application's screen may look different.

Je me demande à quoi ça sert d’avoir une application qui ne fonctionne pas. J’ai essayé à maintes reprises de connecter ma machine à l’application mais en vain. Si vous avez des solutions a me proposer, je suis prenante car j’aimerai bien que ça fonctionne. Dans le manuel, ça demande de maintenir la touche option et arrêt déféré simultanément pendant 3 secondes pour activer la fonction smart washer mais j’ai essayé plusieurs fois, ça ne fonctionne pas.

Très bonne application problème résolu !
Au lieu de faire appel à un réparateur ou pire jeter la machine, grâce à l application qui a identifié le problème ( capteur de porte ) nous avons résolu le problème nous meme en peu de temps.

Très facile à utiliser pour les amateurs. J’ai résolu un petit soucis. La machine ne voulait pas s’ouvrir. Grâce au code qu’a indiqué la machine l’application a pu trouver l’erreur et le manuel m’a indiqué comment le résoudre.

J’aurais préférer payer 900€ et ne pas l’utiliser du tout ! 
Même avec un Samsung l’application ne fonctionne pas. 
🙄🤷🏼‍♀️😪 achetez vous un cerveau 🧠 et revoyez votre application et vos laves linge à 1000€ bande de bras cassées 😑😧

Réglez les soucis ou virez l’appli vous passerez moins pour des nazes les gars 🤭
