Description

The City of San Rafael’s Request Service app allows you to report issues throughout the City from the convenience of your mobile device. Select the category of the service request, identify the location, upload a photo if you have one, and enter in the description. Our team will review the request and follow up to address any issues that need to be resolved. The mobile app can be used to report potholes, illegal dumping, graffiti, broken parking meters, issues at parks, and more. Please keep in mind that this system is monitored Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. For issues that need immediate resolution but are not an emergency, please call (415) 485-3000.
