## Sanctuary Psychic Reading Reviews in United States

### *---- "Used to Be Good Just Trash Now"
When I first downloaded this app I was stunned how in depth, accurate, and knowledgeable it was about many things. Then it slowly but surely became about money, they changed the entire interface and now it is literally completely unusable you can't even see your horoscope anymore. Sigh what a waste
-- Gloria😇😇😇😇, 2025-11-20

### *---- "Horrendous Redesign"
There was no reason to change the layout of this app. You managed to make it 10000x worse. Every section is full of advertisements. Finding the actual horoscopes should be more intuitive but they were super hard to find. Practically hidden. AWFUL. Deleting after so many good years.
-- Lenajenna, 2025-11-19

### *---- "App redesign is terrible"
Y’all just keep making it worse and worse.
-- Fangorn81, 2025-11-08

### *---- "New version is not good"
The new version is borderline unusable. Too cluttered. Not intuitive. Two thumbs down.
-- meehann, 2025-11-07

### *---- "new UI is horrible"
i used to adore this app so much and have always resonated with the message shared. however the new UI is so horrible to use. everything is scrunched up together and depending on the size of your device its incredibly difficult to use the app. i used to look forward to this app EVERY morning but have been so dissuaded to even open the app since the update
-- appletini000, 2025-11-05

### *---- "hate the redesign"
The latest update took a straightforward, user-friendly design and completely trashed it in favor of a cluttered, spammy UX that minimizes the features I downloaded for (horoscope etc.) Deleting!
-- mbodaya, 2025-11-05

### *---- "New UI is Absolute Trash"
Used to be a great app, now looks like one of those scam games where everything is so overstimulating and focused around buttons that make you pay something. I guess good on the designers for figuring out the most user-unfriendly way to center monetized features. This update is egregious and I hope it backfires.
-- mebarden, 2025-10-28

### *---- "use to be great"
I use to love this app. It use to be simple and easy to navigate and gave you lots of information. Now, it’s mostly pushing things on you that cost money. The app layout has changed drastically to fit the new narrative of paying for a membership or readings and so on. It’s very disheartening and I wish it would go back to being great like it used to.
-- 87365285873628847, 2025-10-12

### **--- "Not a fan of the new layout"
The content of the app is still great but the new layout hides that. It use to be simple and sophisticated but now it looks more like Temu’s app with every slice of screen real-estate advertising you something different. The flow of the app is totally lost. There’s nothing new about a longtime user disliking a design overhaul but a toggle to switch to the old layout would fix what wasn’t broken.
-- LongTimeUser1stTimeReview, 2025-10-10

### *---- "Go back to old layout"
This new one is not ideal at all. I enjoyed having the butting to push in the main page. I do not like having to use the arrows to get to what I want to see. Old layout much better.
-- PlatinumFordCustomer, 2025-10-08
